PBS DOE: Trump Cuts Education Funds 🎒

Yet another huge change in Politics, with President Trump making unprecedented moves to drastically slash and/or end funding to major long-standing Institutions. Now the Center for Public Broadcasting, who runs NPR & PBS are now experiencing for the first time in 50 years a lack of funding from The Government to see Itself continue and are closing their doors and folding as a business. U.S. Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon is still out there fighting for The Department of Education to keep receiving top funding. More on this later. Check out my last few articles, I’ll update them with more finishing touches soon and stay tuned while I bring you my perspectives on this topic as we go along.

So now today is Sunday August 31^st 2025, awaiting Labor Day tomorrow and I have a sale on my Ferrelux Marketplace & Lhisa Boutique with particular items on Free Shipping. I’ve been working hard these past month on building these stores with choice merchandise while dealing with the cost effectiveness, which brings us back to our Topic in a way. Trump’s continued budget cuts & tariffs affects Small Businesses far and wide and although understandable what positive outcome he’s trying to bring for America, such strategies don’t always work. People get pissed off and stop becoming Consumers or Contributors as much. Making a basic living becomes a tedious challenge. Whatever gusto spurred a good and much needed Personality or Movement, ceases or retards for the moment caught up battling nonsensical trifles, some of which affected me for a time and Others I’ve noticed. We’re not in the same free flowing America as we enjoyed in prior Times. Things have gotten a bit shifty and odd in a bad way with annoying persistence. I appreciate President Trump and his Administration trying to turn things around but parts of his plan are not working as well. The Inflation which was steadily growing for decades noticeably heightened under democratic rule under each Administration where long-standing conglomerate businesses like Department Stores started closing, The Pharmacies, and now Fast Food Joints, all Hallmarks of America. A Global Governmental Corporate Empire falling apart from within. Someone within The System is deliberately practicing bad economics. Who does it benefit to see a Country over time slowly crumble on the inside? Who has The Power to install or cause to be installed certain persons occupying certain positions in Political and also non-political Office whom collaborate with each others interests to bring about a nation’s disastrous failure? These people can be seen in the act. When Trump appointed Kari Lake as his Minion to do a clean up act in Voice of America, his Edict carried over to PBS & The Department of Education as these Media Learning Institutions and Academic Circles foster an Agenda to terminate long-standing wholesome values that made Society in general great which we see as a recent phenomena and what a shame because many of us tuned into PBS various times for the creative and educational content which programming would appeal to any group’s interest being broadcasted. To have a landmark station like that underfunded and possible removed is terrible. The TV Fundraising events over the years with them selling audio & dvd versions of their show or handbag should be enough to save them but apparently not without government money. Something happening behind the scenes of a political nature might be the problem. If they got caught in the democratic agenda siding with those interests which align with under-cutting republican interests as of they are a network serving just one Party is not wise. There was a time that Networks showed fair and creative content that appealed to both sides and not focused too much on one aspect of a topic but entertained all sides. If PBS and other wish to continue, where are their democrat supporters who have the independent money to help keep them on The Air? I don’t see or hear and outcry. As for The Dept of Education, them too; when you get federal funding, a certain caliber is expected of you. They expect to see a great return on that investment. It means persons coming out of these Public Schools are supposed to literate and competent. What’s going on instead is a mis-education and more a focus on gay teachings which never existed before. Most recently in The News, we learned about another horrific School Shooting, this time in Minneapolis, Minnesota on August 27^th with 23 year old transgender Robin Westman opening fire on Students at Annunciation Church on the first day of Class reportedly killing 2 kids dead, and injured 17 and then offed himself. He’s not the first LGBTQ+ person to have done such a cruel thing and the recent rise in such crimes happened due an instability of culture. Long before this, whatever psychological or emotional problems these people were experiencing were under better control than they are now. With the advancement of technology, this tragedy could have been prevented. Repairing The Culture to what it used to be will help tremendously. The stuff that Trump is doing to try to recover the sanity of America is not entirely all agreeable but some of his tactics is working. I’ll remark more on that in future articles. Aside from the liberal newfangled approach of trying to educate young children about sexuality and gender, the school system keeps failing with these shootings on campus and obviously there is a connection. To conclude, as we move forward atleast over the course of 4 years, we’ll see if and how The Media changes; will it still adhere to where it is now or will it revert back to the quality journalism we grew up on. Trump’s uprooting of certain Outlets through a lack of funding has certainly opened a way to that.
